Matthew Duane DeLeo

Matt’s current practice involves medium and large-scale business litigation. With direct experience in civil procedure matters, developer disputes, securities actions, breach of contract suits, estates and trusts matters and in the appointment of receivers. Matt’s law school thesis analyzed the legal liability of both owners and users of artificial intelligence under the current legal framework.

Before law school, Matt attended Colgate University, where he majored in political science with a focus in international relations, graduating in seven semesters. Matt then graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger school of Law where he served on the executive board of the school’s Intellectual Property Law Society. He is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys cooking Italian food and fly fishing.
